**DO NOT USE** one person company- the engineer/company owner, requested 50% deposit after initially visiting property for a boiler installation at start of November. After paying deposit he failed to show up for all 4 arranged installation appointments; does most of the time answer text and phone calls but gives excuses and lies for why he can't make the appointment( actually given unbelievable excuses). Requested a refund of the deposit which he originally agreed to pay back- been chasing this up for months now- he has now refused to refund anything and no work actually carried out. Reported to trading standards and also Gas Safe. A very unprofessional and disgusting company and person.
since November 2019 this company was supposed to fix my new boiler they install.(cost £6k) the boiler never work since, always need to be reset, not very safe i beleieve. after so many phone calls and emails to Paul and Ian Smart nobody back to us. they rip out a system was working very well to install a new boiler doesn't work. after few investigation i believe i'm not the only customer got a problem with them.i have no choice now to declare them to GAS SAFE UK and TRADING STANDRTS AGENCY.
since November 2019 we have a problem with this company. they came in my factory and rip off my all system was working so well for 10 years. the guy "PAUL" decide to run a new pipe costing £860 + vat plus the original fitting £1850 and boiler price £3000... to run the hot water. now all the time the boiler going on security not very safe I believe. the boss Ian Smart always say he will refund the boiler .. NEVER HAPPEN, he was supposed to visit me with the manufacture agent ..NEVER HAPPEN.. they are just a chancer!!! I will see them in the court. supposed to be guaranty for 10 Years!!! now i'm in contact with GAS SAFE UK and TRADING STANDARTS. That people should not be in that type of business...
Please do not use this company they have caused us no end of hassle. We booked them in August 2019 (last year) to fit a new boiler and a conservatory radiator. Nothing seemed to be a problem until we paid the money. On taking out the old boiler they damaged the wooden skirting going downstairs and caused a crack in my ceiling. As time has gone on they completed the installation of the new boiler which is now leaking and made umpteen appointments to fit the radiator in the conservatory. This has never happened. I have had multiple messages promising compensation but nothing! This is now January 2020 and the new boiler is still leaking. Why it passed a gas safety check I will never know. I have left review on yell.com but they now seem to have disappeared off the face of the planet owing to not only my negative review of this company but other individuals' negative reviews So we are now left out of pocket and with a leaking boiler Not professional or trustworthy at all
