3 minutes ago Used this jewellers for years. Brought my Tag watch to get battery changed and sealed. The box was immaculate when i handed it in as I look after my watch and don't wear it all the time. When i picked my watch up, the box had been swapped over to an old Tag box which they must have had. The box was damaged and filthy inside. I challenged it right away and they denied they had swapped it and were really cheeky. Absolutely disgusted at what they have done as this item has sentimental value. It upsets me everytime I take my watch out of the box the wear it. DO NOT USE THEM
